About the Event
Now that we are beginning to recuperate from New Years, It's time to plan our next big get together and what better occasion than Australia Day! We've got the exclusive use of the Balcony Bar & Library Room at the Archer Hotel for our use from 2pm with DJ Hollywood - Australian music specialist spinning all Australian Rock and Pop anthems through the ages. There will be plenty of DANCING plus requests are welcome to keep the dance floor pumping! - So let's party and mingle with our Social Singles! The wonderful staff at the The Archer have arranged the Chef to stay on after their lunch rush to cater for All Day Dining for us if you are feeling peckish! We also want to have a little fun celebrating this awesome country we live in. So come along wearing a touch of Aussie, be it some red, blue or white or perhaps green or gold? Open to all ages with the average ages attending our events tending to be mid 30's to mid 60's however everyone is welcome and made to feel comfortable. This is a great night to bring your single friends along as the more the merrier and with Australia Day 2021 landing on a Tuesday this year we have decided to kick off mid afternoon as many of us will need to rise early for work the next day :) Your hosts look forward to welcoming you and making sure you are feeling comfortable, having fun and meeting new people. Our own exclusive balcony bar will be open for individual food & beverage purchases and the perfect place to start to chat with other Social Singles.
